The pyeong calculator (https://calculab.net/pyeong/) converts 평↔㎡, illustrates 전용·공용·공급 with 전용률 presets (apartment 75/80%, officetel 35/50%), and has a 용적률·건폐율 tab. Hands-on test 2026-10-26: 34평 → 112.4㎡, 84㎡ → 25.41평, 1,000㎡ → 302.5평 matched the 400/121 baseline; there is no field for an actual 공급면적, so 전용률 can only be assumed, not computed.
