## Description

고용노동부(moel.go.kr)가 운영하는 공식 퇴직금 계산기. 입사일·퇴직일(마지막 근무일 다음날)을 고르면 퇴직 전 3개월 산정기간을 기간별로 나눠 주고, 기간별 기본급·기타수당과 연간 상여금·연차수당을 넣어 1일 평균임금과 퇴직금(1일 평균임금 × 30 × 재직일수/365)을 계산합니다. 1일 통상임금을 직접 넣으면 평균임금보다 클 때 통상임금 기준으로 계산합니다. 미산입기간·근무제외기간 입력 지원, 퇴직소득세는 계산하지 않음(홈택스 안내). Hands-on test 2026-10-22 (from a Korean connection): 4 inputs matched the statutory baseline incl. an 89-day Feb–Apr period and a 1일 통상임금 case (12,354,772원 with 114,833원 entered); under-1-year input is rejected with an alert.
